EzyFleet Raises ₹3.2 Crore in Seed Funding to Scale Electric Logistics Operations

wMumbai-based electric fleet management and logistics company EzyFleet has raised ₹3.2 crore in seed funding from Canada-based investment firm Saffron Maple Private Limited. The investment will support the company’s plans to expand its electric vehicle fleet, technology platform and enterprise logistics operations across India.

Funding to Drive Fleet and Geographic Expansion

EzyFleet currently operates more than 150 electric vehicles across 10+ Indian cities, comprising electric three-wheelers and four-wheelers. Its fleet is deployed across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune and other locations.

The company provides integrated fleet and logistics solutions for enterprise customers, including:

  • EV charging management
  • Driver management
  • Vehicle uptime monitoring
  • Route optimisation
  • Fleet and logistics operations

Technology and Infrastructure in Focus

EzyFleet said the fresh capital will be used to strengthen its operational capabilities while supporting the next phase of growth. Key areas of investment include:

  • Expanding its EV fleet and geographic presence
  • Developing fleet-management technology
  • Strengthening operational infrastructure
  • Growing its enterprise customer base
  • Scaling electric logistics operations

Building a Scalable EV Logistics Platform

Co-founded by Sonal Garodia and Pritam Mohanty, who serves as CEO, EzyFleet aims to build a scalable electric logistics platform for enterprise customers.

Sonal Garodia said the company values Saffron Maple’s alignment with its vision of building sustainable businesses while creating opportunities for women entrepreneurs.

The investment also marks a Canada-India cross-border funding partnership, providing EzyFleet with additional capital as it expands its electric mobility and logistics footprint across the country.
