Samarth E-Mobility has unveiled Avore Electric, a new electric motorcycle brand focused on fully in-house engineered systems, signalling a larger shift toward software-defined and vertically integrated EV platforms in India’s two-wheeler market.

Ahmedabad-based Samarth E-Mobility has officially launched Avore Electric, its new electric mobility brand aimed at redefining India’s electric motorcycle ecosystem through deep technology integration and in-house engineering.

The company introduced the brand through its official website, digital platforms, and a brand film, positioning Avore Electric around the concept of “Intelligence Beyond Motion.”

Focus on In-House EV Technology

Unlike many EV startups that rely heavily on outsourced component ecosystems, Avore Electric claims to have internally developed more than nine critical vehicle systems.

These include:

  • Battery Management System (BMS)
  • Battery Pack
  • Motor
  • Motor Controller
  • Power Control Module
  • DC-DC Converter
  • Onboard Fast Charger
  • Display System
  • Proprietary Operating System

The company has also filed over 110 intellectual properties, highlighting its focus on building proprietary EV technology capabilities.

Targeting India’s Largest Motorcycle Segment

Avore Electric plans to focus on the 125cc–200cc motorcycle category, one of India’s largest commuter and lifestyle two-wheeler segments.

The company believes this segment remains significantly underserved in the current EV market despite growing consumer interest in practical and performance-oriented electric motorcycles.

Its motorcycles are being developed on the company’s proprietary AVR platform and AVORE Source technology stack, designed specifically for Indian riding conditions.

Why This Matters

The launch reflects a broader transition underway in India’s EV sector where companies are increasingly moving toward:

  • Software-defined vehicles
  • Vertical integration
  • OTA-enabled systems
  • Predictive diagnostics
  • Full-stack vehicle intelligence

As competition intensifies, ownership experience, system optimisation, and intelligent vehicle ecosystems could become major differentiators across India’s electric two-wheeler market.
