In a major boost to Northeast India’s green mobility efforts, Terra Charge and the Airports Authority of India (AAI) have inaugurated a new electric vehicle (EV) charging station at Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) Airport in Agartala, Tripura. Tripura recently became the 15th state in India, and the third in the Northeast, to implement a formal EV policy. The launch of the charging station at MBB Airport aligns perfectly with this policy, supporting cleaner, more sustainable modes of transportation in the region.
