The 3.5-tonne Montra Electric EVIATOR, manufactured by TI Clean Mobility, features a 10.3-foot load deck and payload capacity of up to 1,707kg.
The electric SCVs also feature fleet-management technology that provides real-time battery monitoring, driver behaviour insights and route optimisation.
Lower Running Costs Drive Fleet Electrification
More Retail’s National Transport Manager Prasanna Hegde highlighted reliability, operating-cost savings and driver comfort as key factors behind the transition.
For mid-mile logistics operators, electric vehicles can help reduce energy and maintenance expenses while offering gearless operation in urban traffic.
