Oben Electric has achieved a major production milestone, rolling out its 10,000th electric motorcycle from its Bengaluru manufacturing facility. The achievement comes as the company scales production to meet strong demand for its latest electric motorcycle, the Rorr Evo.
10,000 Electric Motorcycles Produced
The milestone represents cumulative production across Oben Electric’s Rorr electric motorcycle range. The company said the achievement reflects the growing demand for its electric two-wheelers.
“Rolling out our 10,000th electric motorcycle is a proud milestone for Oben Electric and a reflection of the trust our customers have placed in us,” said Madhumita Agrawal, Founder and CEO, Oben Electric.
Rorr Evo Bookings Cross 25,000
Oben Electric is currently ramping up assembly as it works to fulfil the substantial booking backlog for the Rorr Evo.
The company said:
- 25,000+ bookings have been recorded for the Rorr Evo.
- Customer deliveries are already underway across India.
- Production is being scaled up to meet the growing order pipeline.
According to Agrawal, the response to the Rorr Evo has translated into increased production and deliveries at scale.
Oben Plans 200 More Dealerships
Alongside manufacturing expansion, Oben Electric is also planning a significant increase in its retail footprint.
The company aims to establish 200 additional dealerships across India by the end of FY27, strengthening customer access, sales and after-sales support.
