Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has partnered with Electra AI to integrate advanced battery intelligence across its electric vehicle ecosystem. The collaboration will enable real-time battery monitoring, predictive analytics and State of Health (SoH) insights across OSM’s EV fleet.
The partnership aims to improve battery visibility for fleet operators, customers, financiers and retailers while supporting better maintenance, warranty management and product development.
Battery Intelligence To Drive Better EV Performance
OSM will deploy Electra AI’s battery intelligence platform to track battery performance and generate actionable health insights. The technology is expected to help identify potential issues before they lead to failures, supporting improved vehicle uptime and fleet productivity.
Key benefits include:
- Real-time monitoring of battery health and performance
- Predictive analytics for proactive maintenance
- State of Health insights for better asset assessment
- Support for warranty management and product development
- Greater visibility into EV residual values
Dr Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said transparent battery-health measurement could help unlock the used EV market. He highlighted battery health as a major factor influencing the residual value of electric vehicles.
AI Platform Targets The Battery Lifecycle
Electra AI describes its platform as an intelligence layer designed to monitor, optimise and control battery systems throughout their lifecycle. The platform combines Agentic AI, Physical AI and physics-informed battery modelling with Large Quantitative Models (LQMs).
According to Electra AI, the technology can provide vehicle manufacturers with deeper battery insights to support product development, customer assurance and fleet operations.
Strengthening EV Economics
The companies expect battery intelligence to support more informed decisions around maintenance, financing, warranty coverage and residual value. As EV adoption grows, reliable battery-health data could become increasingly important for reducing downtime and improving total cost of ownership.
Financial terms and the specific OSM vehicle models covered under the partnership were not disclosed.
