Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced the launch of dedicated Hyperservice Centres, promising same-day servicing for eligible customers as part of its strategy to improve after-sales experience. The first Hyperservice Centre has commenced operations in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, with more locations planned across India through a phased rollout.
The company said it will progressively upgrade existing service centres into Hyperservice Centres in the coming weeks. Importantly, the same-day service commitment will be offered without any additional charges, subject to vehicle condition, service requirements, and spare parts availability.
Digital-first service experience
The Hyperservice Centres provide end-to-end digital tracking of the servicing process, enabling customers to monitor their vehicle status from check-in to delivery. The facilities also include customer lounges and Wi-Fi access, reflecting Ola Electric’s focus on integrating technology and process redesign into its service operations.
Customers receive real-time updates through digital platforms that are fully integrated into the service workflow. According to the company, this approach is aimed at reducing downtime and increasing transparency in EV servicing.
Expansion of service ecosystem
The launch follows Ola Electric’s recent nationwide rollout of an in-app service appointment system, which allows customers to book service slots and track progress via the Ola Electric mobile application.
In addition, Ola Electric has opened its Hyperservice platform to independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators. Genuine spare parts are now available for purchase directly through the company’s app and website, eliminating intermediary distribution channels.
Ola Electric manufactures its electric vehicles at its facility in Tamil Nadu and operates what it claims is India’s largest company-owned network of automotive experience centres. The company also runs research and development operations in India, the UK, and the US.
The same-day service guarantee remains conditional and applies only to eligible customers based on predefined criteria, including service scope and parts availability.
