MoU targets integrated first-middle-last mile mobility
AION-Tech Solutions Ltd. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Theoremus AD, a Bulgaria-based multimodal transport orchestration company, to develop integrated urban mobility solutions for Indian cities. The collaboration will initially focus on First-Middle-Last Mile (FMLM) mobility pilots in Telangana and Karnataka. These pilots aim to connect electric vehicle feeder services with existing metro and bus corridors to improve accessibility and utilisation.
The pilots will support sustainable transport objectives by reducing dependency on private vehicles and optimising public transport connectivity. Demand-responsive EV services will play a central role in improving commuter access to high-capacity transit systems.
AI-powered multimodal orchestration platform
The partnership will deploy a multimodal transport orchestration platform that integrates metro rail, bus systems, EV fleets, parking infrastructure, and urban mobility data into a single operational framework. Artificial intelligence and data analytics will enable demand forecasting, congestion management, EV fleet optimisation, and real-time operational visibility for city transport authorities.
The platform is designed to support coordinated decision-making across multiple transport modes while enabling secure data sharing under Indian data residency, privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Local execution through AION-Tech subsidiaries
AION-Tech will execute the pilots through its subsidiaries, with ETO Motors responsible for deploying and operating EV fleets, and ROQIT providing digital control platforms, dashboards, and real-time operational tools. The partners will engage with state transport corporations and urban development agencies, including TSRTC, HMDA, and HMRL in Telangana, and BMTC, BMRCL, and DULT in Karnataka.
During the pilot phase, success will be measured through indicators such as ridership growth, service coverage, fleet utilisation, and carbon emission reductions. Following successful implementation, the partnership aims to scale the model across additional Indian cities, aligning with national Smart Cities and sustainable mobility initiatives.
AION-Tech Solutions Ltd., formerly Goldstone Technologies Limited, is a publicly listed technology company focused on data analytics and zero-emission platform development. Theoremus AD develops AI-driven platforms for smart urban mobility and sustainable city solutions across global markets.
