Kia India has marked a major milestone for the Syros EV in Kerala, with dealer partner Incheon Kia delivering 150 units in a single day in Kochi. The achievement has been recognised by the India Book of Records as the highest number of electric vehicles of a single model delivered by a dealership in one day.
150 Syros EVs Delivered In A Single Day
The record-setting deliveries took place on August 17, coinciding with the Malayalam New Year. The event marked the first batch of Syros EV deliveries by Incheon Kia and was organised as a large-scale customer handover ceremony.
Following the event, the 150 vehicles were individually flagged off by senior Kia India executives, including MD and CEO Gwanggu Lee.
Strong Customer Interest In Kochi
The delivery milestone comes amid strong demand for the Syros EV in the Kochi market. Incheon Kia has received more than 650 bookings, with the first 150 customers now taking delivery.

Incheon Kia Eyes 10,000 Sales In 2026
Incheon Kia, which began operations seven years ago, is nearing 50,000 cumulative vehicle sales. The dealership expects to sell around 10,000 vehicles in 2026, highlighting its growing presence in the Indian automotive market.
The record delivery gives Kia an early indication of consumer interest in the Syros EV as the automaker continues expanding its electric vehicle portfolio and strengthening its EV presence through its nationwide dealer network.
