Propel Industries Unveils Four Electric Tippers, Pulse.ev and Pro EV Care at EXCON 2025

Greaves Electric Mobility

Next-Gen Electric Tipper Lineup for Mining and Construction

Propel Industries Private Limited has launched an expanded portfolio of electric commercial vehicles at EXCON 2025 in Bengaluru, showcasing four new electric tippers tailored for heavy-duty mining and construction operations. The models 90CED, 70CED, 560HEV-X and 470MEV Gen-2 offer a range of capacities and configurations designed to meet diverse fleet requirements.
The flagship 90CED ultra-fast charging electric dumper supports high payload productivity with 310–650 kWh battery options and incorporates ADAS Level-1 safety, electronic braking and driver fatigue monitoring. Each model is backed by a battery warranty of up to 5,000 cycles or five years, enhancing total cost of ownership for fleet operators.

Pulse.ev Connectivity Platform Enhances Fleet Intelligence

Alongside the electric tippers, Propel introduced Pulse.ev, a new connectivity platform aimed at improving operational visibility and performance metrics for EV fleets. The platform delivers real-time vehicle health and diagnostics, energy consumption insights and predictive maintenance analytics.
By enabling fleet managers to optimise multi-shift operations and anticipate service needs, Pulse.ev supports higher uptime and better overall resource utilisation. The digital ecosystem reflects Propel’s focus on integrating telematics into heavy-duty EV solutions to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

Pro EV Care Service Program Drives Uptime and Support

In addition to vehicles and digital tools, Propel launched Pro EV Care, an after-sales service program built around a five-tier uptime assurance package. The program is designed to provide predictable operating costs, on-site service support and lifecycle maintenance tailored to demanding industrial environments.
With this comprehensive service offering, Propel aims to strengthen customer confidence in EV adoption by reducing downtime and enhancing satisfaction for fleet operators in mining, quarries, construction and waste management sectors.

Strengthening India’s Heavy-Duty EV Ecosystem

Since entering the electric truck space in 2023, Propel has recorded over 5 lakh cumulative operating hours across its EV fleet, underscoring reliability and uptime performance in rugged applications. The EXCON 2025 launches reaffirm the company’s long-term commitment to zero-emission heavy-duty mobility and sustainable industrial operations across India.
