Big EV Leasing Deal to Power Last-Mile Logistics

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. (WIML) has signed a major leasing agreement with XiCon International Ltd., a Mumbai-based engineering company and a subsidiary of Kaiser Corporation. The deal marks XiCon’s formal entry into the electric mobility sector as it gears up to electrify its last-mile delivery operations.

7,500 Wolf+ Scooters for Metro Deployments

Under the MoU, XiCon will lease 7,500 Wolf+ electric scooters across FY 2025–26 and 2026–27. Initial deployment will cover Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Ahmedabad, with more cities to follow. The partnership aims to boost eco-friendly and cost-efficient mobility for urban logistics.

Comprehensive Deployment and Support

Wardwizard will manage scooter leasing, service, and uptime. It will also set up service-cum-charging stations and supply spare parts, batteries, and full technical support. XiCon will handle app development, delivery tie-ups, and fleet operations.

Both companies will jointly train delivery riders. Co-branded service centers and demo units will promote the collaboration.
