Oben Electric, a homegrown R&D-driven electric motorcycle manufacturer, has announced plans to expand its footprint in Delhi-NCR to over 20 showrooms by the end of FY26, targeting the region as a core market due to the strong reception of its latest commuter motorcycle, the Rorr EZ Sigma. Currently, Oben operates 18 showrooms across five North Indian states, aiming to scale up to 70+ showrooms in North India by the close of the financial year.
Rorr EZ Sigma: The Growth Engine
The Rorr EZ Sigma has emerged as a primary growth driver thanks to its commuter-friendly features and value proposition. Priced from ₹1.27 lakh, the bike offers 3.4 kWh and 4.4 kWh battery options (175 km range, three ride modes, and 95 km/h top speed), alongside rider-centric touches like reverse mode, a 5-inch TFT colour display with navigation, a redesigned ergonomic seat, and a vibrant new Electric Red color. Bookings start at ₹2,999, with deliveries having commenced from August 15, 2025; the bike can even be booked online via Amazon
Customer-Centric Service and Ownership
Oben Electric has focused on elevating the ownership experience for its customers, boasting robust 24/7 support and a rapid service response—achieving a 90% case resolution rate within 72 hours. This approach supports the brand’s push for seamless and convenient electric mobility, especially for city commuters in crowded metro areas like Delhi-NCR
Nationwide Scale-Up Plans
Oben currently operates 50 showrooms nationally, reaching Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and more. By FY26, it targets crossing 150 showrooms and service centers across India, reinforcing its ambition to be a leader in the country’s fast-growing, customer-first electric motorcycle market.
