The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), is set to deploy up to 2,500 electric two-wheelers, digitize B2B logistics, and empower rural delivery partners—all with a focus on sustainability and operational excellence.

- Deploy 1,500–2,500 electric two-wheelers for last-mile delivery operations
- Reduce CO₂ emissions by an estimated 547 tonnes
- Lower logistics costs for B2B e-commerce
- Enhance job opportunities for rural delivery partners
Empowering Rural Workforce and Digitizing Logistics
To support the transition, the partnership will establish regional training centers dedicated to:
- Electric vehicle operations and safety protocols
- Technology adoption in logistics
- Skill development for rural delivery partners
Joint investments will be made in digital platforms to improve:
- Rider onboarding
- Route optimization
- Fleet management
