Bengaluru, September 9, 2024Delta Electronics has recently inaugurated its new LEED Gold-certified India headquarters and R&D centre in Bengaluru. This cutting-edge facility is set to revolutionize the electric vehicle (EV) and sustainability sectors with its advanced research and development capabilities.

Advancing EV Technology

The new R&D centre will focus on developing high-voltage power management solutions tailored for EV charging infrastructure. By employing up to 750 R&D engineers over the next three years, Delta aims to enhance the efficiency and reliability of EV charging stations, making electric vehicles more accessible and practical for everyday use.

Delta’s Bengaluru facility is a testament to the company’s dedication to sustainability. The centre features a 593kW solar PV system capable of generating over 650,000 kWh of electricity annually.
