Nagpur showroom marks seventh outlet in Maharashtra
Oben Electric has expanded its retail footprint with the inauguration of its 75th showroom in Nagpur, launched by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari on November 18, 2025. Located in Hanuman Nagar, the new outlet features both a full-scale showroom and an Oben Care service center. This addition strengthens the company’s growing presence in Maharashtra, which now hosts seven Oben Electric showrooms.
The company aims to cross 150 showrooms and service centers nationwide by the end of the financial year. Oben Electric currently operates in major metro and tier-1 markets including Bengaluru, Delhi, Kochi, Jaipur, Amritsar, Hyderabad, and Lucknow. The expansion reflects growing demand for electric motorcycles and the company’s effort to improve accessibility across India.
Rorr EZ Sigma leads the company’s premium commuter EV lineup
Oben Electric’s flagship electric motorcycle, the Rorr EZ Sigma, remains central to the brand’s retail growth. Offered in two battery configurations-3.4 kWh and 4.4 kWh-the model delivers a range of up to 175 kilometers and reaches a top speed of 95 km/h. The motorcycle supports three ride modes and features a five-inch color display with navigation and smartphone connectivity.
The bike uses LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology, enabling improved thermal stability, safety, and longer lifecycle durability. Priced from ₹1.16 lakh, the Rorr EZ Sigma is also available on leading e-commerce platforms, giving customers multiple purchase channels.
Service infrastructure and in-house technology enhance customer confidence
Each Oben showroom includes certified technicians trained to support the company’s proprietary components such as motors, batteries, and vehicle control units. The brand maintains a strong after-sales focus, providing 24/7 customer assistance and achieving a 90% issue-resolution rate within 72 hours.
Founded in August 2020, Oben Electric operates a 3.5-acre manufacturing facility in Bengaluru with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units. With more than 25 technology patents, the company positions itself as an early innovator in India’s emerging electric motorcycle category.
