Ajay Agarwal brings more than 24 years of executive experience to his new role, having previously served as President-Finance and Strategy at Vedanta Limited. He is both a Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer, and has held leadership positions at renowned firms such as KPMG and PwC. At Minda Corporation, Agarwal will oversee vital financial functions, including corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investor relations.
