Aimtron Electronics Acquires US-Based ICS Company for USD 17M to Boost Global ESDM and EV Supply Chain

Aimtron Electronics Limited snapped up ICS Company, a US ESDM and ODM firm in Decatur, for USD 17 million based on CY2025 revenue. The deal expands Aimtron’s North American operations with immediate revenue consolidation from Q4 FY26. It targets scaling ICS to USD 25 million while chasing Rs 1,000 crore group revenue in three years.

Strategic Acquisition Details

ICS operates a 58,000 sq ft facility on 3.9 acres in an OEM hub, serving agrotech, oil & gas, mining, heavy engineering, and medtech. It adds engineering teams, proprietary IP, and sticky clients including Caterpillar and John Deere. Aimtron gains end-to-end design, prototyping, and lifecycle support for high-reliability products.

Glocal Expansion Vision

Founder Mukesh Jeram Vasani hailed the move as key to a full-stack ESDM platform closer to mission-critical customers. COO Nirmal Vasani emphasized blending US precision with Indian scale under ‘Glocal’ strategy. Recent Gujarat subsidiary and Rs 100 Cr fundraise fuel growth amid strong order books.
