Toyota Motor Corporation has unveiled the production-ready Urban Cruiser EV, a born-electric SUV based on the Maruti eVX concept. This zero-emission vehicle will make its global debut at the 2025 Brussels Motor Show on January 10. The Urban Cruiser EV will be manufactured at Suzuki Motor’s Gujarat facility in India, reinforcing Toyota’s focus on sustainable mobility and global electrification.

The Urban Cruiser EV retains many features from the concept while introducing refinements for production.

The cabin of the Urban Cruiser EV closely resembles the Suzuki e-Vitara, offering:

The vehicle will first be showcased at the 2025 Brussels Motor Show, where its design and global specifications will be on display. Prices for the UK model will be announced in Q3 2025.
