Battery Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Battery Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing battery technologies for electric vehicles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve battery performance, efficiency, and safety, ensuring that the battery systems meet the highest industry standards.

Key Objectives:

• Design & Development: Lead the design and development of battery systems, focusing on energy density, longevity, and safety.
• Testing & Validation: Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure battery systems meet performance requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and materials into battery systems.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that battery systems meet all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Background and Skillset:

• Battery Technology: In-depth knowledge of lithium-ion and solid-state battery technologies.
• Software Tools: Proficiency in battery simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) and CAD software.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in battery design and development.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
