This collaboration aims to improve after-sales services for Joy e-bike customers by tapping into SpeedForce’s vast network of over 1,000 service points across 350 locations.

The partnership seeks to fill service gaps in underserved areas, including India’s Northeast, while broadening Joy e-bike’s retail footprint. SpeedForce outlets will now provide a dual advantage—servicing Joy e-bike vehicles and retailing Joy e-bike models. Customers can purchase and maintain their EVs at the same location, simplifying the ownership experience.
Each SpeedForce outlet currently services around 150 vehicles monthly. This partnership could extend its reach to over 50,000 additional customers every month, improving accessibility and boosting Joy e-bike sales in areas without dedicated showrooms.
