Euler Motors has entered into a strategic partnership with Jio-bp to accelerate the expansion of EV charging infrastructure for commercial electric vehicles across India. The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding signed on February 6, 2026, focuses on strengthening charging accessibility at high-demand logistics and fleet hubs nationwide.

The MoU was signed by Rubin Pather, Head of Electric Mobility at Jio-bp, and Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors, in the presence of senior leadership from both companies. The partnership comes at a critical time as Euler Motors scales up the deployment of its recently launched TURBO EV 1000 Fast Charge and Storm EV Fast Charge models for cargo and logistics operations.

Targeted charging deployment for commercial EV fleets

Under the agreement, Euler Motors and Jio-bp will jointly identify key business and logistics hubs with high commercial EV charging demand. Data-driven insights will be used to prioritize locations where fleet concentration and utilization levels are highest, ensuring charging infrastructure is deployed where it can deliver maximum impact.

Euler Motors will also facilitate customer engagements by introducing Jio-bp to existing and potential fleet customers interested in hosting charging stations. This approach is expected to streamline site feasibility assessments and accelerate on-ground deployment of charging infrastructure across strategic locations.

Leveraging Jio-bp’s charging network and fleet platform

Jio-bp will leverage its Trans-Connect platform to introduce Euler Motors to its extensive fleet customer base, supporting faster adoption of electric commercial vehicles. With nearly 7,000 charge points across more than 1,000 locations, Jio-bp currently operates India’s widest EV charging network, including the country’s first 480 kW charger equipped with liquid-cooled guns.

The collaboration aims to address one of the most critical challenges facing commercial EV adoption—reliable, fast, and accessible charging. By aligning vehicle deployment with infrastructure expansion, the partnership seeks to improve fleet uptime, asset utilization, and operating efficiency while advancing India’s clean mobility objectives.
